Park(ing) Day

Park(ing) Day is one cool tradition. It's one special day of the year when people in all sorts of major cities get together to do something special.

The Park(ing) Day website describes it as, "artists, activists, and citizens collaborate to temporarily transform metered parking spots into PARK(ing) spaces: temporary public parks."
